The location was perfect. It was a walkable distance to everything we needed! It was a walkable distance to the convention center and many restaurants. The place was clean and cozy and the building had great amenities. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back to Louisville and stay here again!!

Unit 407 had bedbugs, unfortunately only discovered after I was bitten multiple times. We found dead as well as alive bugs on the bed frame and lots of shells. I reached out to my”host” which is a large company and was told management would get back to me and after multiple days I haven’t heard from anyone. Very disappointing bc the apt was cute and fun amenities in the building. But not worth my health!

Airriva’s AirBnB was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. I could walk to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go. It is a great place to stay!

Felt safe while in the complex. Along the sidewalk out front of the unit was a little sketchy. We actually seen a drug drop I think. Be nice to get a police precence in the area of 4th street LIVE.
Thats a nice area. Overall the experience was good.
