We are absolutely thrilled with the host’s communication and flexibility for accommodating such a last minute booking. The condo had everything we needed especially the in unit washer and dryer.
All of the TVs worked and the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to. For playa del Carmen, the location is unmatched if you are looking to access everything without transportation. On the flip side for the activities that we booked which did require transportation, this rental was easily accessible and easy to find.
We hope to book again soon!

Todo estuvo muy bien! Desde antes se comunicaron conmigo para explicarme y ofrecerme servicios adicionales, a la llegada pude comunicarme con ellos y contestaban muy rápido, y estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesitabamos, la ubicación es perfecta ya que tienes todo muy cerca, como esta en la 5ta avenida es un poco ruidoso pero tienen buen bloqueador de sonido y no fue problema, nos gusto mucho y definitivamente volveriamos :)
