Smjesten je 5 minuta voznje od aerodroma i par minuta od svih bitnih sadrzaja (bazen, dućani, muzej, šetnice, stadion, nogometni teren...). Pogodno je za boravak obitelji s malom djecom. Apartman kao stan se sastoji od dnevnog boravka, dvije sobe, kuhinje, kupaonice i terase sa svim sadržajima.

Just steps away from the building is the public tram stop with a direct line to the BAN JELACIC square and old town.
