Large sunny Corner studio Beachy with balcony. Same sq footage as the 1 bedrooms. Walk to the beach, gym, valet parking, garage parking spot, sauna, steam, hot tub, 24/7 front staff, walk to 3 tiki bars/restaurants...2 are on the intercoastal and one is across the street. Short Uber ride to Delray Beach and Atlantic Ave. There is a garage parking spot, free parking on the 1st floor garage from 9-10pm. There is also parking on the street.
