Hier findest Du eine schöne helle Studio Wohnung.Die Giebelseiten sind verglast und mit je einem Balkon bestückt.In der Wohnungsmitte befinden sich noch zusätzliche 10 Dachfenster die für ein angenehmes Wohnklima sorgen. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Duschkabine mit Regenbrause, Waschbecken mit Spiegel und WC ausgestattet. Zum Schlafen steht ein Bett 140/200 und ein Schlafsofa zur Verfügung.Das Bett ist optisch durch ein Fadenvorhang vom restlichen Raum abgetrennt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so alltäglich brauchtAn den Koch und Essbereich schließt gleich sich die gemütliche Fernsehecke und auch die Leseecke an.

Die Wohnung mit 90 m² bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Der Ortskern von Waging ist in 5 Minuten, der See in 15 min zu Fuß ereichbar. Komplett eingerichtete Küche , ein gemütliches und großes Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, ein kleineres Zimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne sowie eine Göstetoilette. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Auf der Terasse können Sie in einer Loungegarnitur entspannen. Der große Garten kann benutzt werden. Ein sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und ein Autostellplatz.

In der gemütlichen Atmosphäre des Holzhauses mit gesundem Raumklima u. ruhiger Lage können Sie sich wohlfühlen und erholen. Die Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche kann zu einem weiteren Einzel- od. Doppelbett umgewandelt werden ( 2m mal 2m). Zusätzlich auf Wunsch ist ein Babybett u. ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.

E-Tankstelle mit ökologischem Solarstrom für Dein e-Fahrzeug kann für ein Entgelt gern genutzt werden. Bitte berücksichtigt, dass eine Kurtaxe von 1,10 € (Erwachsener) und 0,55 € (Kinder ab 6 Jahre) pro Nacht zusätzlich anfallen.

Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
