Bed & Breakfast 3 Gs si trova tra i famosi Garni e Geghard. La casa è una casa a due piani del 1976 con un aspetto lussuoso ma ancora armeno. I proprietari della casa occupano il piano terra (seminterrato). Il secondo piano ha 4 camere con un bagno privato e ha un grande soggiorno. A 25 sq.m. room in a large B&B property built in vintage style in a luxury district area, near the Victory Park. It is in 10 minutes walking distance from the upper Cascade section. The room has its private bathroom, jacuzzi. There is a whole floor (not heated) with own kitchen, fire place, usually not used by others. Breakfast included. There is a shared, small washing room, yard, a place to make barbeque, outdoor swimming pool. WiFi, and air-conditioning.

Ho un appartamento di tipo duplex. L’accesso al secondo piano avviene dal primo piano, dove attualmente vive mia madre. La cucina è in comune ma non tutto il resto è. Al secondo piano ci sono due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l’altra con un letto singolo. Ci sono servizi igienici/bagno, un soggiorno e un balcone. La camera da letto principale è dotata di aria condizionata. È possibile utilizzare la cucina se necessario e anche la lavatrice .
