Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Hoch über dem Tal gelegen über eine Bergstraße erreicht man das historische Haus Oberlandtal. Umrahmt von weiten Bergwiesen auf denen Steinschafe entspannt weiden. Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann und Hochkalter lassen sie von Beginn an die Zeit vergessen. Die kuschelige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Südbalkon wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
