L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un piccolo palazzo del 1800, elegantemente arredato con elementi di fine '800.
Molto luminoso, al piano attico, tutte le camere sono dotate di grandi porte finestre. Ci sono due balconi: uno si affaccia sulla strada pedonale, l'altro nella chiostrina interna dove c'è la camera da letto, assolutamente silenziosa.
Molto confortevole, dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo.
